We have made changes to the character customization in the recent update.
The hair and makeup related items have been merged with the new ‘Appearance’ tab for our players to customize their characters in only one section on the menu.
You can directly go to the ‘Appearance’ tab under ‘Customization’ menu and apply this new hair and face makeup to your character.
