Why isn't my "5 Level Pass" working?

After purchasing the Level-up pass, you need to go to "My items" tab under the Store to claim it.

Your event progress will increase by 5 levels. If you haven't received them, please get back to us by submitting a ticket with the proof of purchase for further assistance.
