We’re kicking off Update 4.3 for consoles with a bang!
Cross-Platform Play is finally here, which will allow for our players on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One to be matched into the same matchmaking pool.
We are thrilled to unify our two console platforms and are looking forward to your feedback on Cross Platform Play.
To revive your knocked-out teammate, please follow the steps:
1) Get close to your knocked-out teammate
2) Once the revive icon appears, press the revive button once and wait
It is important that you don't press and hold the revive button since this will
cancel the reviving procedure.
Sometimes, you might notice that there is a difference in your Survival Points(SP) between your career stats and the leaderboard.
This is caused by the difference in the updating time of your SP.
However, if this issue persists for longer than a few days or weeks, please reach out to us by sending us a ticket.
There is an issue where the PTS isn't accessible on the Xbox Store.
Until we quickly fix this temporary issue, please go to the following to download the PTS on your Xbox.
1) Log in with your Xbox account and go to:
2) Click "Install on my devices"
3) Select your desired device and click "Install now"
4) PTS will now download on your Xbox One console
When the game is crashing or failing to load, please provide the following information by submitting a ticket:
1. Device/Console information (Xbox One OG, S, or X)
2. Confirm whether the game was installed on an external drive or internal drive of Xbox
3. Video evidence of the issue
4. Is the crash/freeze happening every time?
5. Is the crash/freeze happening irrespective of the server you play?
6. Are you using a wired or wireless connection?
Once the information is received, we will investigate further.
Once the game is included in the Game pass, it will be free for players who are active on the Game pass subscription. If either the game is removed or the player not active on Game pass they will have to purchase the game from the store

You can report a player using our in-game report system. In case you missed out on reporting the player using our in-game system, you can raise a ticket to our player support with as much details you can provide and they would look into it.
Please know that our Team is always deploying countermeasures to detect and remove cheaters and hackers from the game.
Your report will be investigated and appropriate action will be taken.
While we do not share the results of our investigations or detail any actions taken, we do appreciate you bringing this to our attention as we take game security very seriously.
